Finding Peace

In the Here and Now.

A safe, private space to learn about yourself and work through whatever challenges are holding you back in life.

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re stuck in a cycle of negative or destructive feelings, whether it is anxiety, depression, bereavement, or just feeling like a "square peg in a round hole". You don't have to suffer alone. I provide a warm, supportive and confidential space where we work through your challenges without judgment.

My approach

My practice is rooted in Compassionate Inquiry. We don't just talk about the problem; we also look at the patterns of behaviour that have led you to this point and what new actions you can take to help move forward in a positive way. I combine elements of Coaching into my Counselling practice so that the work feels proactive and hopeful.

For Neurodiverse Minds

I have extensive experience working with Neurodiverse clients of different ages (diagnosed or not) and we focus on identifying your unique talents as well as learning to communicate challenges that everyday life may bring.

What We Can Explore Together

  • Relating & Relationships - Understanding how you connect with others and breaking the patterns that lead to conflict or isolation.

  • Anxiety - Uncover the root of the pain beneath the worry and learn to feel safe in your own body.

  • Depression - Identify the unconscious patterns keeping you stuck and take the tiny steps needed to reclaim your hope.

  • OCD - Shift from "fixing habits" to understanding the pain, learning to work with your brain’s unique rhythm.

  • Radical Self-Compassion - Replacing "negative self-talk" with a deep understanding of how your brain works. For example, turning "I’m lazy" into "my brain needs a different rhythm".

  • Navigating Loss & Change A supportive space for dealing with loss and significant changes (e.g. bereavement, divorce, illness or a life changing event such as retirement).

Starting this journey is a brave step, and it’s okay to feel nervous. I look forward to welcoming you into a welcoming space to help you move forward.
