Supporting your practice
Helping you Grow.
A safe, private space to reflect on your clinical practice so you can support your clients with greater clarity and compassion today.
Being a therapist or coach is rewarding, but it can feel isolating. Whether you are navigating challenging cases, managing boundaries, supporting neurodiverse or neurotypical clients (adults, young adults, couples), you don’t have to work in a vacuum. I provide a warm, non-judgmental dialogue where we can explore your practice with clarity and depth.
My approach
I use the Seven-Eyed Model (Hawkins and Shohet) to provide different angles and perspectives on your work. By integrating Compassionate Inquiry, we unveil the hidden assumptions, such as transference and countertransference, as well as the unconscious dynamics, like parallel processes, that impact your relationship with your client to help you clarify your approach and gain greater insights.
What We Can Explore Together
BACP & Ethical Excellence - Navigate the BACP framework with confidence, moving beyond "check-box" compliance toward a practice rooted in deep integrity and clinical excellence.
The Internal Mirror - Use Compassionate Inquiry to unpack countertransference and "hidden assumptions," helping you separate your own material from your client’s journey.
Parallel Processes - Identify when a client’s unconscious dynamics are being re-enacted in our own dialogue, turning moments of "feeling stuck" into powerful clinical insights.
Communication & NVC - Apply a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) inspired approach to your practice with clear, requests and boundary-setting.
Professional Isolation - Shift from carrying the "weight" of practicing cases alone to a collaborative, judgment-free dialogue that protects your well-being.
Self-Care & Boundaries - Understanding the "emotional climate" of your work to prevent burnout and maintain your own well-being.
